General Questions

PUBLIC  – Please see our list of stockists.  You can either visit one of the stockists, touch feel and see their ranges and many other products they can offer whilst answering any questions to OR you can buy online through our online stockist or any of the other retailers websites.   TRADE – Please select Trade Account off the Home Page off the top tool bar and fill in the required fields and submit.  We will provide a password and login details within 24 hours.

You can view images on this website.  If you would like to see, touch, and feel we aim to have Sales Agents across the UK soon that will be able to bring a small selection of samples and an Ipad so you can view images of every line, see availability and pick what you would like.  Please email to organise a visit.

So long as you return the product/s within 30 days in the same condition it was received, a full refund or exchange can be provided.  We do ask you to provide the reason, so we are able to address any potential problems please.

We accept all major bank and credit cards and PayPal. Our payment process with be through PayPal which you do not need an account for.

We will aim to have all ordered shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. 

Delivery costs are a set at a standard rate of £10 for any order under £60 and anything over this will be free delivery to UK mainland.
